By using capymutiny.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the Site.

What CapyMutiny is

CapyMutiny provides independent ratings and analysis of AI products. Our scores are algorithmic and editorial — not paid placements. No company can pay to influence their ranking, score, or AI Stamp classification.

Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate or disposable accounts may be removed.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Manipulate votes, matchups, or rankings through automation or fake accounts.
  • Scrape the Site in ways that degrade performance for other users.
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading product information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin features or other users' data.

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban at our discretion.

Content and scores

  • Product data (descriptions, logos, screenshots) may be sourced from public websites. If you are a product owner and want content updated or removed, contact us.
  • Capy Scores, AI Stamps, and CapyRank are our editorial opinion based on public information. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute endorsement or professional advice.
  • Community votes and matchup results reflect user opinions, not our endorsement.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and the service running, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness. Use the information at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapyMutiny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes
